The ACMM court has granted Shivam Mishra, who was charged in the notorious Lamborghini vehicle accident in Kanpur, a significant respite.
The police requested a 14-day judicial remand, but the court denied their request. Shivam is now free after posting a bond of 20,000 rupees. Nonetheless, Shivam was driving at the time of the collision, according to the police inquiry.
For your information, Shivam Mishra defended himself in court, and the judge then questioned the police’s notification procedure. There was no evidence that the investigating officer had issued notice twice. In the end, the court ordered Shivam to assist with the police investigation and freed him on a 20,000 rupee bond.
