El Mencho Killed: 29 Flights Canceled, Chaos at Mexico Airports

According to the US Drug Enforcement Agency, El Mencho, a former police officer, was the leader of the Jalisco New Generation Cartel, or CJNG, which grew to become one of the “most powerful and deadly criminal organizations” inside Mexico.
