Hyderabad’s auto-rickshaw drivers are suffering greatly as a result of gasoline outlets’ lack of auto LPG. Drivers have complained about overcharging and delays, and long lines and a shortage have interfered with their daily income and transportation services.
The lack of auto LPG at the city’s gas stations continues to be a problem for auto rickshaw drivers. While the majority of the stations remained closed on Wednesday, there were long lines at a few car LPG gas stations that were operating.
“I stood in line for four hours yesterday. They closed when it was my time, claiming that there was no more inventory. Once more, I had to wait in line for two hours. Nooruddin, an auto driver at an auto LPG station on Pahadishareef Road, stated, “Now tell me what I will make and how I will feed my family.”
Another auto rickshaw driver in line, Mohd Kamaluddin, stated that if nothing changes, students will suffer. “I transport pupils to various schools.” I am currently unable to drop them off or pick them up on time because of auto LPG troubles. Parents occasionally drop their kids off at school, he said.
Thirupattanna, an LB Nagar car driver, claimed that they had to wait in line for two to three hours every day. “They are overcharging by Rs 30 every kilogram of petrol. We are ultimately unable to make Rs 700. “These are difficult times for us,” he continued.
