The individuals, who asked not to be named in order to discuss a private subject, added that discussions are still going on and that the deal’s specifics, such as its amount and timing, could change. When asked for comment, Bharat Biotech did not immediately reply.
Since its founding in 1996, Bharat Biotech claims to have distributed over 9 billion vaccines globally. Its products include hepatitis B and Covid-19 vaccinations, as well as burn and diarrhea treatments.
