Recently, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has introduced a number of initiatives that target women, young people, and the elderly. For half of the population, the Mukhyamantri Mahila Rojgar Yojana is the most talked-about plan. This month, a woman from each home would get 10,000 rupees to launch a company of her choosing. They will get two lakh rupees after a six-month evaluation.

Women Receive ₹608 Crore

The number of women in rural and urban regions who have sought to receive the Rs 10,000 incentive is currently unknown due to a lack of unified statistics.

Following this, the creation of the Bihar young Commission, the Skill University, and the Internship Scheme are the primary initiatives to prepare the young for the workforce.
