This is an improvement to the toll collecting system that aims to make travel more convenient and more economical.
For example :-
the tolls for the six plazas on the route from Chennai to Bangalore are Rs. 445. Their annual toll expenses would be Rs. 10,680 for 144 toll journeys if they made at least one round trip every month.

The pass expires precisely one year from the date of purchase, and there is no auto-renewal.
