The Sujanpur assembly constituency‘s Chabutra hamlet collapsed as a result of intense rain. The earth slip totally destroyed the homes of five family. The residents are in serious danger as a result of this terrible calamity.
Twenty additional houses in the community are under risk of collapsing at any moment, and five people have lost their homes. A nearby school has temporarily housed the impacted families as a result of the administration’s prompt response. They have accommodations, food, and water prepared for them here.
These five family lost their homes
Narottam Das, son of Mahant Ram, Kewal Krishna, son of Mahant Ram, Kishori Lal, son of Mahant Ram, Sito Devi, wife of Prabhu Ram, and Bansi Ram, son of Khyali Ram, are among the families whose homes have been demolished so far. With their homes destroyed, these family are now totally reliant on aid camps.
MLA Provides Food Relief
Captain Ranjit Singh Rana, the Sujanpur MLA, also visited the impacted individuals on Monday morning. He gave the impacted families breakfast and reassured them that the administration and government would support them through every stage and would provide every assistance.

During this time, senior officials were also present, including the Sujanpur SDM. After assessing the situation, they made sure that the impacted individuals had access to food and relief supplies. Administration officials are continuously assessing the damage and conducting inspections of the region. In order to get their lives back on track, the people have called for urgent rehabilitation and financial support.
