Eleven employees had their pay suspended for three to four months after working there for many months, and eight employees had their pay suspended for two months.

As a result, individuals were having trouble simply procuring water and food. Following this, all of the employees sent a video on social media pleading for their return to their own country.

The government was active

Both the national government and the Jharkhand government acted quickly to return all of the workers to their motherland. People go to other nations for their livelihood, according to Sikandar Ali, who advocates for the wellbeing of migrant workers.

Multiple traumatic situations occur during this time. To make a livelihood, a person must leave the home, even if he does not want to. The government must take decisive action in this regard in such a circumstance.
