Details of the Paisalo Digital NCD allocation
The firm said in an exchange statement on September 10 that the board had authorized the issuance of non-convertible debentures (NCDs), which will be made available via a private placement.
In the exchange filing, the business said that it had allocated 5000 NCDs, each valued ₹1 lakh, for a total of ₹50 crore.
According to the corporation, the NCDs are being given with a set time period of 36 months or three years, and at an interest rate of 10% annually.
Board to Approve NCDs
On September 5, the company announced that the board would convene on September 10 to deliberate and authorize NCD distribution.
The Operations and Finance Committee of the Board of Directors will convene on September 10, 2025, to review and authorize the distribution of non-convertible debt instruments via private placement, according to a September 5, 2025, exchanging filing from Paisalo Digital Limited.
On September 4, 2025, Sunil Agarwal, Director of Equilibrated Venture Cflow (P) Ltd, purchased 5,82,840 equity shares of Paisalo Digital Limited, bringing the company’s ownership position to 16.8197%. The deal conforms with laws governing large takeovers and share purchases.
Equilibrated Venture Cflow (P) Ltd now has a larger stake in Paisalo Digital Limited as a result of this acquisition, but the company’s equity share capital, which is 90,21,18,289 and consists of 90,21,18,289 equity shares of ₹1 each, has not changed.
