OYO-parent PRISM changes the senior management

According to the travel tech company, Shreerang Godbole is still PRISM’s Chief Service Officer, overseeing field and remote operations as well as customer experience across all of PRISM’s companies.

The parent company of travel-tech platform OYO, PRISM, announced a leadership team reorganization on Friday. Varun Jain was named COO-Asia PRISM, while Ankit Tandon was promoted to PRISM’s Chief Operating Officer and CEO, Europe.

Jain is now the COO-India for PRISM, while Tandon is the CEO of OYO Vacation Homes.

According to OYO, Ankit is extended job will include managing business operations and performance for PRISM globally, which includes brands including Sunday Hotels, DanCenter, Belvilla, and others.

He will continue to lead PRISM’s Vacation Homes business, which includes new additions like CheckMyGuest (France) and MadeComfy (Australia). “He will also lead Europe, including the UK, which is primarily a hotels market, as well as the US, encompassing G6 Hospitality, the parent company of Motel 6 and Studio 6,” OYO stated.

Sonal Sinha, CEO of G6 Hospitality, a Dallas-based company, will collaborate closely with Ankit and OYO Founder Ritesh Agarwal, while Puneet Yadav, UK Country Head, will answer to Ankit.

In the meanwhile, Varun Jain’s duties have grown to include SEAME (Southeast Asia and the Middle East) and India.

Jain will also be in charge of Traum Ferienwohnungen, PRISM’s German listings company.

“The Weddingz and Innov8 companies will now expand to Varun inside India. Nitin Gupta, who oversees SEAME, and Pankhuri Sakhuja, who leads Innov8 and Traum, will assist him, according to OYO.

Shirish Damani is now the COO of PRISM’s Europe Homes & Hotels division.

He will continue to oversee worldwide M&A while collaborating closely with Ankit Tandon to drive supply, revenue, and profitability across Belvilla, DanCenter, CheckMyGuest, Studio Prestige, and HelpMyGuest.

After five years of driving considerable development at Traum Ferienwohnungen and PRISM International (US, UK, LatAm, and Workspaces), Gautam Swaroop is now pursuing technology-led initiatives.
