PNG Users Can Surrender LPG Online Easily

The government has introduced a new digital initiative to simplify LPG connection surrender, making it easier for PNG users to complete the process from home.

Petroleum and Natural Gas Secretary Neeraj Mittal announced on Friday that customers who have switched to piped natural gas (PNG) can now give up their LPG connection from home without going to a dealership by using simply their registered mobile number or LPG ID.

MyPNG-D Portal Launched for Easy LPG Surrender

MyPNG-D Portal is a new digital platform that the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas (MoPNG) has introduced to facilitate PNG users’ online LPG connection termination.

According to Mittal’s update on X, customers who have already made the move to PNG are no longer required to go to LPG dealerships in order to give up their connections.
