Market watchers claim that developers are repositioning Indirapuram as a luxury enclave inside the eastern NCR due to the area’s ready infrastructure, limited land availability, and close proximity to important employment areas.
Ultra-Luxury Horizon Residences
Saya Group, a real estate developer located in the National Capital Region, has teamed up with Harmony Infra, a company based in Mohali, to build an ultra-luxury residential project in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, with a potential income of Rs 1,600 crore.
The Horizon Residences project, which spans more than two acres of land close to the Delhi-Meerut Expressway, consists of 264 ultra-luxury apartments in sizes ranging from 362 square meters to 474 square meters, with configurations including 4 BHK, 4.5 BHK, and 5 BHK. According to the firm, the units’ starting ticket price is Rs 5.85 crore.
Due to its advantageous position between Delhi and Noida, as well as its close proximity to the Delhi–Meerut Expressway and the projected RRTS corridor, Indirapuram—once predominantly recognized as a mid-segment housing belt—is now seeing a wave of premiumization.
The project would include two 35-story buildings with a combined saleable area of one lakh square meters.
Project Boasts Premium Amenities
“On two sides, the property is open and completely paid up. This is the final piece of land in central Indirapuram that the firm has available. In addition to various legislative permissions, the project has received RERA. The project’s projected top line is Rs 1,600 crore, according to Saya Group Managing Director Vikas Bhasin.
According to him, the building would include more than 50 carefully chosen premium facilities, such as a 6,225 square meter rooftop clubhouse with a double-height entry lobby, squash court, boxing ring, and an all-season infinity pool.
Indirapuram Emerging as Luxury Hub
We are thrilled to share the news of our partnership with Harmony Infra on The Horizon Residences. The 50:50 revenue sharing model is the foundation of the joint venture. “This project will represent a new chapter in the luxury real estate tale of Indirapuram, which has been one of the most sought-after residential centers in the National Capital Region,” he added.
Market watchers claim that developers are repositioning Indirapuram as a luxury enclave inside the eastern NCR due to the area’s ready infrastructure, limited land availability, and close proximity to important employment areas.
They said that the Ghaziabad submarket has become a desirable choice for wealthy purchasers looking for accessibility and value due to improved connectivity as well as the introduction of luxury retail and hotel facilities.
