According to Sunteck Realty, Emaance, a by-invite-only real estate lifestyle brand, has been launched. In a press statement, the business said that during the next 12 months, it would launch ultra-luxury projects with a gross development value (GDV) of ₹20,000 crore under this new brand.
Sunteck’s first portfolio features Dubai Downtown in the Burj Khalifa Community and Nepeansea Road in Mumbai, two of South Mumbai’s most upscale neighborhoods.
According to current fiscal year projections, the first project at Nepeansea Road will begin construction. Emaance will provide some of the most exclusive residences in the nation, with prices starting at ₹2.5 lakh per square foot.
According to the firm, Emaance will prioritize exclusivity, craftsmanship, and carefully chosen uniqueness, going beyond homes to include experiences like art collections, exquisite vintages, and customized trips that include private planes and boats.
Emaance will also go into lounges, invite-only events, and customized concierge services.
