Due to end-user demand, Dadar continues to be one of Mumbai’s most robust micromarkets.
According to an exchange filing, Suraj Estate Developer, a real estate developer located in Mumbai, has started a luxury residential project with a gross development value of Rs 250 crore.
According to the petition, Suraj Park View 1, a 29-story residential skyscraper in Shivaji Park, Dadar (West), is a premium value-luxury development. “The unveiling of Suraj Park View 1 embodies the cultural spirit of Dadar while satisfying the increasing demands of contemporary purchasers,” said Rahul Thomas, Whole-Time Director, Suraj Estate Developers.
Due to end-user demand, Dadar continues to be one of Mumbai’s most robust micromarkets. A capital-efficient redevelopment approach is being used to create the project, which has a saleable carpet area of 0.53 lakh square feet and is registered with the Maharashtra RERA authority, according to the application. The portfolio of Suraj Estate Developers now consists of 19 planned projects and 10 active projects totaling 4.7 lakh square feet of saleable carpet space.
