The initial public offering (IPO) of non-banking financial firm Tata Capital is scheduled for October 6; according to those with knowledge of the situation, the issue size is likely to be USD 2 billion (Rs 17,200 crore).
“On Monday, October 6, 2025, the bid/offer will go live, and it will end on Wednesday, October 8, 2025. A notification to the stock exchanges said that Friday, October 3, 2025, would be the anchor investor bidding date.
According to the individuals mentioned above, the corporation is aiming for a value of around USD 18 billion.
