Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad Exams Begin; Students Welcomed with Flower Showers

Today marks the start of the UP Board’s 10th and 12th grade examinations. Exam centers are starting to receive students. This year, there are 53,37,778 registered candidates, comprising 25,76,082 intermediate pupils and 27,61,696 high school students.

Today marks the start of the 10th and 12th grade board exams administered by the Uttar Pradesh Board of Secondary Education. As early as seven fifteen in the morning, students started to arrive at the testing locations.

There are 53,37,778 registered candidates this year, comprising 25,76,082 intermediate pupils and 27,61,696 high school students. 5,96 government schools, 3,453 aided-government schools, and 3,984 self-financed schools make up the 8,033 testing centers established around the state to guarantee that the tests are transparent, methodical, and totally free of cheating.

Prior to the test on Tuesday, Gulab Devi, the State Minister of Secondary Education (Independent Charge), opened the state-level control room in the Director of Education (Secondary) camp office in Lucknow. She stated that this year’s exam method is entirely technology-based and transparent, in accordance with the Chief Minister’s wishes.

There are 683 examination centers in the sensitive category, 222 in the highly sensitive category, and 18 districts on the sensitive list. Throughout the examination period, the STF and local intelligence unit will remain operational at these centers, and twice-daily inspections of extremely sensitive centers have been guaranteed.
