The BDA has started the process of acquiring land for the development of a large township on the Pilibhit bypass route in Bareilly.
Bareilly’s Mega Township Plan
Around 1,000 farmers are set to lose their land. With contemporary amenities including a school, college, hospital, and sports stadium, this is Bareilly’s largest township plan. The township will have a significant impact on the city’s growth.
The construction of the projected Pilibhit Bypass Road Township on the city’s Pilibhit Bypass Road has accelerated with the completion of the Ramganga Nagar and Greater Bareilly housing schemes. For the purpose of buying land, BDA has sent the rate determination file to the District Magistrate. The land purchase process is allegedly going to begin this week after the District Magistrate establishes a committee.

Bareilly’s Biggest Township Project

BDA announced plans to build the largest township ever on Pilibhit Bypass Road after the delay of the planned Nath Dham township on Badaun Road. Land acquisition is now necessary after the completion of the project’s survey work.
Bareilly Township Land Acquisition
More than 1,000 farmers in nine villages would have their property purchased for the project, according to BDA Vice President Dr. Manikandan A. The scheme’s internal and exterior development plan has been well developed for this. Land purchase will now begin as soon as the rate determination committee is established.
Farmers in the villages of Aspur Khubchand, Anupura Jagir, Harharpur, Nawada Kurmiyan, Kumara, Kalalpur, Barkapur, Moharnia, and Ahladpur would have their land Reclaimed for this purpose.
The plan calls for the construction of roads that are 40 meters wide, as well as schools, colleges, hospitals, sports stadiums, parks, shopping centers, and other public amenities. It is important to note that the Delhi-Lucknow National Highway offers a Surplus of opportunities for township development.
