TCS Wins 5-Year AI BSS Deal with Vodafone Idea

Vodafone Idea (Vi) has awarded Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) a five-year contract to integrate an AI-powered, next-generation platform into the telecom operator’s business support system (BSS).

By integrating intelligence, automation, and customization across services, the transformation program—which is based on TCS’ flagship products HOBS and TwinX—aims to improve Vi’s customer experience. In addition to enhancing operational agility and delivering more robust and responsive digital experiences, the unified platform will aid in speeding up product releases.
